Ralphael Tudor is a Provider certified via the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis that has advocated for and delivered services and supports to consumers with I/DD in the Greater Cleveland and Akron areas for over a decade. He works in collaboration with local organizations and county boards of DD such as the Cuyahoga County BDD, Portage County BDD, and NEON. Mr. Tudor is a Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross, Notary Public for the State of Ohio, and an Ordained Minister of the Universal Life Church Ministries with the authority to solemnnize marriages in the State of Ohio.
