Notary Services & Marriage Solemnizations

Remote Online Notary (RON) & Traditional Notary Services

Available in U.S. & Abroad

Traditional Notary Services:

Notarial acts, depositions, & jurats. 

$5 per notarial act + travel fee

RON Services:

Notarial acts & jurats. *depositions and auto titles not available

$25 per notarial act

Prohibited Acts:

  • Perform a notarial act if the notary has a conflict of interest (financial or other) with the regard to the transaction in question.
  • Certify that a document is either of the following: an original document; a true copy of another record (Note: an individual can make a written statement that the document is an original or a true copy and sign that statement. That signature can be notarized).
  • Affix the notary's signature to a blank or incomplete form.
  • Alter the document or notarial certificate after signing (although the law does not require a notary to provide a correct certificate in some cases).
  • Take an acknowledgment in lieu of an oath or affirmation when an oath or affirmation is required. 
  • Notarize a signature on a document if it appears that the person is mentally incapable of understanding the nature and effect of the document at the time of notarization.

Marriage Solemnizations

Available in Ohio

Marriage Solemnization is the performance of a marriage. In Ohio, only a duly ordained or licensed minister who is registered with the Secretary of the State of Ohio, judge, mayor, or superintendent of the State School for the Deaf may solemnize a marriage. We offer quick and easy marriage solemnizations for those that are in need of an expedited service.
